In March 2025, we helped organize the Walter Blüchert Foundation’s “Generation Alpha” forum. We welcomed around 100 opinion leaders, experts, foundation partners, and high-ranking representatives from politics and business. The goal of the forum was to strengthen the integration of younger generations and promote innovative approaches for their future. Moderated by RTL presenter Wolfram Kons, guests such as Prof. Richard David Precht, Prof. Klaus Hurrelmann, Elnura Ashimova, and youth representatives highlighted the differing perspectives of the generations and formulated potential solutions. A highly inspiring event on an important topic.
