Since 2003, we have been involved in the planning and execution of the Bertelsmann Party, which over the years has become a popular highlight of Berlin’s party scene. Each year, around 800 prominent figures from politics, business, science, sports, and the media gather at the completely redesigned Unter den Linden 1 representative offices. With exquisite culinary offerings, guests experience Bertelsmann’s business divisions and areas of activity in all their diversity in an entertaining way. The venue’s décor is always aligned with the annual theme: light installations, large-scale objects, various decorative elements, and a long press carpet in a tented area in front of the building transform the Berlin headquarters into a one-of-a-kind Red Carpet event, where guests enjoy lingering and celebrating for hours.

Here too, we act as the interface between our client, Bertelsmann, and the many service providers involved in the project, working together to ensure a seamless process and to give guests an unforgettable evening.
