Bertelsmann Management Meeting

Since 2001, initially in Berlin, and since 2012 in Gütersloh, we have organized the international management meeting for Bertelsmann. Every two to three years, more than 500 executives from around the world meet here at the invitation of the Executive Board. Topics include the strategic direction of the Group, new impetus for the respective companies, and intensive networking opportunities. In recent years, the conference has been held in the modern, innovative building of the Gütersloh Theater. The conference is complemented by an evening get-together in a creatively inviting atmosphere.

In this project, we act as the interface between Bertelsmann, the client, and the various trades involved in this major project. Our goal is to ensure the client’s messages are presented in the best possible way at all levels and that the process runs smoothly for all participants.

In 2025, the meeting’s motto was “Bertelsmann is all this and more” – this was also reflected in the decoration and furnishings.
