Henrike Nordmann
Henrike Nordmann began her career where others go on vacation: on cruise ships, long before they became floating cities. Between Europe and Africa, she coordinated shore excursions and cultural programs – and learned early on that “it’ll be fine” is not a quality standard.
This was followed by positions in the international event and incentive industry: global conferences, complex processes, ambitious timelines. One insight remained: you can recognise a good event by how effortless it feels – because nothing is missing.
In 2001, she took the logical next step: founding Nordmann Event Consulting in Gütersloh and Berlin.
For over 25 years, the agency has stood for corporate and public events and incentives with substance: strategically thought out, creatively staged, and personally managed.
With passion, experience – and an eye for detail.
