International Executives Conference in Amsterdam

Participants stayed at the centrally located Hyatt Regency Hotel Amsterdam from the Hyatt Regency, the upper floors of Capital C provided a suitable space for parts of the program and offered an impressive view of the Amsterdam skyline during breaks.

The supporting program included a variety of excursions such as tasting tours, city experiences, and a smartphone photography course. The environmentally focused Plastic Whale Fishing, in which participants collected plastic waste from the canals, was especially well received.

The program was rounded off with three very different dinner experiences: a traditional Indonesian rice table, a dinner party, and a meal in a Michelin-decorated, highly unique, and sustainable restaurant.

For this conference, we were responsible for concept development, complete research and organization in advance, as well as on-site support and execution. Among other tasks, we coordinated all service providers involved in the visual and experiential design of the event as well as in the planning of the content.
